Extra Class is Scheduled for Tomorrow Night

Our extra class and library orientation will be Tuesday, July 29. We will meet at Butler Library in front of the circulation desk. After we tour the library, we may have to walk to another building on campus, so wear comfortable shoes.

Sign in with me when you arrive, so I can keep track of attendance. Do not confuse Butler Library with Butler Hall - different buildings. Butler Library is off Watson St. Check the Lindenwood Campus map for details and info on parking.

This class will meet as usual from 6 - 10 p.m.

Class Reminder: Due July 23rd

Tonight your Short Paper 2 is due. Put it in a folder with your draft and sketch outline. We will also be dong the oral presentations and going over the reading listed in preparation for starting the research paper. Don't forget to submit your paper to Turnitin.com.

Remember our extra class is next week, Tuesday, July 29 at Lindenwood's Butler Library. I'll post more info on it later this week.

Short Paper 1 is Due Tonight

For class tonight:

• Turn in Short Paper 1 in a folder with your sketch outline and draft from last week.
• Bring a draft of Short Paper 2 for peer review.
• Finish the reading listed.

Remember to submit your paper to Turnitin.com as you print it out. The deadline is today. After that it will be late, but let me know if you have technical difficulties this first time.

Remember you must submit the final draft of all major papers to turnitin.com. To do so, you will need to create a profile and join my class before you can turn in papers. See the class number below. Be sure you receive a confirmation notice each time you submit something.

• If you don't submit papers in a timely fashion, I will consider them late and you will lose points.
• Always turn your papers in at the same time you are printing them for class. The website won't allow you to submit a paper after the due date, so be sure to get it all done at once. I strongly recommend you print your papers the night before they are due.
• You can create a profile at any time; you don't have to wait until it's time to submit a paper.
